I think the minimum latency is 5 since you can reject and project at the same time (grab input / [reject / reject + project] [reject + project / reject] / move-bond / move-output), but considering the rejected quicksilver have to be picked up; move and drop-project-move that's a minimum of 1 more latency being added; but I can't think of a way to bring the quicksilver there that fast at 3am. Maybe some 6th input trickery by also getting a 7th input's quicksilver? Odd one out doesn't work here; since the input is fully consumed in the output.
